About me
I was born and raised in Glasgow, Scotland and began academic life as an undergraduate on the Physics with Astrophysics programme at the University of Glasgow, before I switched to the humanities and social sciences.
At Glasgow, I was lucky enough to take part in the Erasmus exchange programme, spending two semesters at the University of Copenhagen.
After graduating with a joint degree in Politics and Economic and Social History, I completed a Master's in Intellectual History and later a PhD in History at the University of Edinburgh.
Outside academia, I have worked in the arts and heritage sector in London and at a creative agency in Copenhagen, Denmark.
